great ambiance but small lobby

The property's understated charm created a serene atmosphere. The living room with its inviting fireplace provided a perfect cozy retreat after a long day. The warm hospitality and helpful staff really enhanced our stay, making us feel personally looked after. I appreciated the intimate ambiance, complete with unique artwork and games available for guests, which made the experience memorable.

However, there were issues with room block coordination for my wedding guests, leading to confusion at checkout, and some guests faced uncomfortable situations due to unavailable room types that were previously requested. Despite these challenges, the dining experience was impressive with delicious breakfasts, enhancing the overall stay.

rosewood is beautifully designed in a southwestern style. the location is perfect, just steps from the main plaza. the rooms are comfortable with wood burning fireplaces, and we loved the great gym! we were especially grateful for the staff, who went out of their way to help us when my husband fell ill.
